Good news Skidmaniacs….
A long overdue update on Subhuman Race. As you know, we have been without a permanent drummer for a number of months. Well, we want you to raise your horns and give a proper Skidz welcome to our new Rob Affuso, Dave Edwards. Dave played for a number of years with The Thin Lizzy Experience, and is currently drumming for Sin After Sin. Some of you may even remember him from the early Sevenyearsdead days with Pete, G and Jez! We are currently blasting through our set and getting ready to rock you guys in 2016….however….

….now some bad news….
We’re sad to announce that Chris has decided to leave Subhuman Race. We’re sure the decision hasn’t come easy for him, and it certainly isn’t an easy one for us to deal with. So dude, thanks for the awesome times we’ve had over the last 4 years and we’re gonna miss ya! It goes without saying that we wish him every happiness and success for future projects and life in general.

From Chris: ‘I would like to thank the boys in the band for making it possible for me to spend the last four years travelling around, having a blast and playing some of my favourite music ever, and a massive thanks to the people who come to the gigs and keep Skid Row and rock ‘n’ roll alive. You’re all awesome and I wish you all the best x…’

All that’s left to say, Skids fans, is that we’re now searching for our next Rachel Bolan to fill the bassist spot immediately to get ready for our shows in 2016! Check out our advert, and if you think you fit the bill, GET IN TOUCH and let’s start jamming. \m/

Catch us sleazin’ in your city, SR

Following some seriously quiet months at Subhuman HQ it's time to surface and make some noise.

First of all some sad news... for those unaware we have parted company with our drummer and friend Nuno Affuso. It's been difficult for all concerned but what matters is the good times, great music and experiences we have shared over the years and as a band we wish him every happiness and success with his current projects including new venture Motley Crude - watch that space, people!

Beyond that, serious megathanks to Tom Henstock who you may have caught at some of our recent shows bringing some much needed energy and enthusiasm in some difficult circumstances and generally being around keeping the rock rolling on as it should \m/

OK, Skidmaniacs!

We regret that unfortunately we will not be performing at Yardbirds in Grimsby this weekend, or at The Box in Crewe next weekend.  To those involved in and those looking forward to this and next weekend's event we offer our apologies and wish you all a great evening in our absence.  SR!

BUT.............double header show coming soon with Motley Crew UK!

Next up, the mighty Whittles in Oldham on Nov 13th. Get your tickets here:

See you ALL there, Skidz fans
